carblah exists to restore trust in automotive decision-making. We believe data should serve people—not exploit them. Every review on our platform is a voice, not a commodity.
1. Respect for contributors
We collect structured reviews from real drivers. We never sell personal data, and we never disclose contributor identities. Your experience is yours—and we treat it with care.
2. Anonymisation by design
All review data is anonymised and aggregated before insights are shared externally. We apply rigorous standards to ensure no individual can be identified, even by motivated intruders.
3. Transparency over manipulation
We don’t use dark patterns, behavioural nudging, or hidden tracking. Our review prompts are designed to elicit clarity, not conformity. Our insights are built on truth in context—not engineered sentiment.
4. Commercial use with conscience
We sell aggregated insights to manufacturers, retailers, insurers, lenders, and others—but only when those insights help improve products, services, or consumer outcomes. We do not sell access to individuals, nor do we enable targeting or profiling.
5. Accountability
We welcome scrutiny. Our moderation policy, contributor guidelines, and privacy practices are public, plain-English, and open to challenge. If you believe we’ve missed the mark, we want to hear from you.
