carblah is a platform that collects structured vehicle reviews from real drivers. We anonymise and aggregate this data to generate insights that may be shared with manufacturers, retailers, insurers, lenders, and other stakeholders. Our goal is to improve transparency and trust in automotive decision-making.
3. Eligibility
By using carblah, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have personal experience with the vehicle or service being reviewed.
4. Use of the Site
- Misrepresent your identity or experience
- Submit false, misleading, or abusive content
- Attempt to scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
- Interfere with the site’s functionality or security
5. Contributor Content
- Confirm it reflects your genuine experience
- Grant carblah a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, anonymise, aggregate, and commercially distribute your contribution
- Acknowledge that carblah may use your review data to generate insights sold to third parties
- Understand that your personal identity will never be sold or disclosed
carblah reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that breach these terms or compromise the integrity of the platform.
6. Contributor Incentives
Any contributor incentives, badges, or referral rewards are offered at carblah’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on carblah—including logos, data visualisations, review formats, and platform design—is owned by carblah or its licensors. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute any part of the site without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Links
carblah may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of these external sites.
9. Data & Privacy
We take privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for details on how we collect, store, and use your data. All insights shared externally are derived from anonymised and aggregated review data. We do not sell personal data.
10. Data Processing & Technology Partner
carblah works in partnership with Configur, our technology provider and data controller for certain aspects of platform functionality and data processing. Where applicable, Configur may process personal data independently or jointly with carblah, in accordance with UK data protection law. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
11. Platform Limitations
carblah provides data-driven insights, not personal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or impact of any review or aggregated data. Use of our insights is at your own discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of carblah after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to carblah if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
