"Owners like the Born's responsiveness, interior quality and looks, and most are simply pleased with theirs. Range, equipment and comfort all draw praise. The touch-sensitive steering wheel controls irritate a couple of owners, the ride is firm on poor surfaces, and one owner found manufacturer support and warranty cover badly lacking. An enjoyable electric hatchback let down mainly by the support around it."

Remove haptic buttons on steering wheel and doors.
Great car better than the ID3 with higher interior quality better performance and overall value for money.

Range, equipment, lovely to drive and comfortable
The dealer / manufacturer support is awful. A real problem is that Cupra are part of VW. No one can confirm the warranty (it is pathetic) and the total lack of customer support is why I would only maybe recommend. Dealer was ok but lost interest and referred questions to CUPRA once we had purchased the ca4
