The build quality is amazing no scratchy plastic interior just soft touch evetywhere
The next one i purchase will have Keyless entry
Very good overall ,run flat tyres can be a bit noisy at times but car is very comfortable and resonably quiet

Having had a Toyota for years I hankered after a little more luxury. Bottom of the range Lexus fitted the bill. It has most of the bells and whistles and probably a couple I'm not aware of yet. Had to compromise on the colour but happy with the overall package.
Having traded in a 70 plate Corolla on 25k miles and 67 mpg, to a Lexus on 20k and 50mpg. I had to make some compromises but it's a heavier car that reflects the mpg with a smaller boot and as reviews point out brakes are a little bit grabby but the Lexus is a more solid car and I don't hit my head every time I get in the car like the Corolla.
All around it's a more solid car than a mass production model with attention to detail with the expectation that It should be around for years. After all a million taxi drivers can't be wrong. Only done a few miles yet but it is an enjoyable drive despite what most reviews might say.

Reliability, warranty and comfort. I had driven a Lexus hybrids (initially an IS300h) for 8 years before buying another one (UX250h) as it was 99% faultless. The Lexus 10 year warranty is just that as proven when a servo motor in the air con failed after 9 1/2 years it was replaced without any charge for more than 2 days labour. After the UX250h was destroyed by an errant 14 tonne bread delivery van without any injury to myself or the passengers I bought the latest one a UX300e (electric)

Excellent, this is the second Lexus UX I have bought. This time a 12 month old ex demo car as very good value for money and very economical.
