"All three owners agree the car looks superb and drives beautifully, with one praising the ride quality and performance in glowing terms. Two of the three, though, describe repeated software faults and an interface they find poor, with dealers unable to put things right. One would like a bigger boot. A fine car when it works, undone for most here by its software."

What do you love most about your car?

The fact that I won't have it in two years time.

If you could change one thing about your car, what would it be?

Get rid of it.

What would you say would be your overall verdict on this car?

It looks great. When it works, it's a lovely drive. But overall, this is the worst car I have ever owned. It has so many, many software errors. The user interface is appalling. It was released to market 18 months too early. Avoid!

Make it more reliable. Horrendous software issues have spoiled the Polestar experience.
